FUND RAISING EVENTS
We hold regular events to raise money for church funds. There are a variety of events among which are Quiz NIghts, Discos, Bingo, Race Nights and even Beetle Drives, plus the occasional Book Sale.
We usually reserve the last Saturday of each month for these activities. All are welcome, it is usual to book in advance so that we can arrange the catering.

Recently Patrick Belcher organised a 'Sponsored Walk' he assured us that it was only a short way, no more than a couple of miles. they were the longest two miles I've walked for many a year, I'm sure that t was nearer a hundred. The walk proved to be a great success, the weather was kind, the route was pleasent and the company was the best, a total of £285 was raised.

The Quiz Night on October 15th. at 7.15pm was a great success. The questions were, as I predicted, easy peasy. I would like to thank the forty or so who came. It was fun, it was fellowship and there was good food. We raise about £200 for Church Funds.
